DARKPONY Ltd. undertakes to cooperate with and provide reasonable assistance to its Clients in good faith for the fulfillment of their obligations under the Data Protection Law. DARKPONY Ltd. shall give access to each Client for all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with this clause and Data Protection Law. 

When submitting your information you consent to the use of that information as set out in this policy. If we change our Privacy Policy we will post the changes on this page so that you may be aware of the information we collect and how we use it at all times. Continued use of the service will signify that you agree to any such changes.

6.Users rights

6.1. The right to withdraw their consent at any time. Users have the right to withdraw consent (see point 3. User consent) to the processing of their Personal Data.

6.2. The right to object to the processing of their Data. Users have the right to object to the processing of their Personal Data processing, including profiling when it is on relevant grounds. 

6.3. The right to access their Data. Users have the right to learn if the shared Data is being processed by the controller., obtain disclosure regarding certain aspects of the processing and obtain a copy of the Data undergoing processing.

6.4. The right of rectification. Users have the right to verify the accuracy of their Data and ask for it to be updated or corrected.

6.5. The right to Restrict Processing. Users have the right to restrict the processing of their Data under certain circumstances.

6.6. The right of Erasure. The user has the right to ask the controller to erase their data without undue delay under certain circumstances.

6.7. The right of Data Portability. Users have the right to receive their Data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and, if technically feasible, to have it transmitted to another controller without any hindrance. This provision is applicable provided that the Data is processed by automated means and that the processing is based on the User's consent, on a contract which the User is part of, or on pre-contractual obligations.
