CIM - Cyprus Business School is one of the leading business schools in Cyprus. The institute was founded in 1978 in Nicosia to educate people interested in the fields of marketing at affordable prices and allow them to study in a comfortable learning environment.
In 1984 CIM opened its second institute in Limassol and started offering courses related to Business and Management, combining theory with practice. Eager to enrich its portfolio of bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business, Marketing, Accounting, and Finance, as well as Digital Marketing, CIM began a partnership with the University of West London in 2011. The institute counts over 10,000 alumni from over 30 countries.
CIM has been shortlisted as Best Small-Medium Enterprise in the IN Business Awards 2021, and together we implemented an online strategy that helped the institute receive as many votes as possible.
The strategy consisted of an advertising campaign on social media and Google Display to boost awareness about the institute's participation in the awards. Moreover, we have developed and designed a newsletter and a customized HTML email signature.

Social Media Management
Our team implemented a social media advertising strategy for two months. We first defined the appropriate online channels for the campaign using the target audience characteristics; Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Then, we set up the social media budget plan for each channel.
Moreover, we designed the promotional content by combining the client's logo with the IN Business Awards colors. In this way, we created visuals that characterized the brand identity. Finally, we managed the channels and monitored ad performance.
Google Display Ads
Our digital marketing team ran a Google Display Ads campaign to a targeted audience. Using specific characteristics and interests enabled us to reach a high volume of votes and, at the same time, increased brand awareness about the nomination of the institute.
During the monitoring phase of the campaign, we observed that the ad received almost 1.3 million impressions and 2.6 thousand clicks.
HTML Email Signature
Our team designed and developed an HTML email signature that was essential to the overall campaign.
We attached a mini banner at the bottom of the personnel's signatures displaying the CIM nomination in the category "small-medium enterprise" in the In Business Awards. We have also inserted a Call-To-Action "vote now" button to encourage clicks and votes.
We selected the right font colors to attract the recipient's attention and communicate the two brand identities - CIM and In Business awards.
Newsletter Design and Development
Our team aimed to collect as many votes as possible and developed an informative newsletter for CIM's subscribers.
We analyzed the newsletter's effectiveness through user testing and then launched the campaign within a short time. As a result, we met our client's needs and earned numerous votes.
