The Cyprus Equestrian Federation was established in 1981, and it is a member of the Cyprus Sports Organization (CSO) and the International Equestrian Federation (FEI). Its main goal is the development and growth of the Olympic equestrian sports in Cyprus. The Federation organizes national championships and cup competitions of jumping and dressage on an annual basis.
Throughout the years, horseback riding has been gaining more and more fans on the island. Wondering why? Because it’s such a unique sport! It combines the readiness and performance of two athletes, the rider and the horse. The best performance is achieved only when the rider has perfect cooperation and synchronization with his team player.
Our company designed and developed the Federation’s website. While designing the website, we decided that we should leave enough space for large photos. We felt that we could add amazing pictures with horses, those imposing animals! And this is what we did. Additionally, we used deep green as the primary color of the website to have brand consistency. We combined it with black, white, gray, and orange. Orange is used for the buttons mainly to make them more visible and help users navigate the page.
In terms of the development, we used our Content Management System (CMS) to ensure that the client will be able to update the relevant content with ease and at his convenience. The website is also responsive, meaning that the layout is changed based on browser window size, regardless of device. What we achieved? We built a website that offers a smooth user experience.
